VCF Academy offers reinforcements to first team
A schedule that includes 11 games in 40 days means that Valencia CF are going to need every available resource to keep fresh through to the end of the 2019/20 season. The positive news is that almost the entire squad are fit for the resumption of the LaLiga campaign, but should there be relapses, new ailments or simply a need for rotation, the VCF Academy is producing plenty of reenforcements.
The coaching staff have brought up several players from the youth setup right from the start of the progressive return to training, whether in the individual phase, group workouts or collective sessions this week.
The most recent incorporations in the last few days have been midfielders Carlos Pérez and Koba Koindredi, plus goalkeeper Emilio Bernad. A dozen players, operating in various positions on the pitch, are wairing in the wings for their opportunity to impress.
